DtM at Investor's Circle Conference

In November DtM’s CEO, Timothy Prestero, and Director of Resource Development, Lubna Nabi, attended this year’s Investors’ Circle Conference. Investors’ Circle includes angel investors, professional venture capitalists, foundations, family offices and others who are using their own capital to stimulate the development of a sustainable economy. Investors’ Circle has helped to invest over $111 million in 182 companies and small funds focusing on social and environmental affairs.

This event included a panel discussion on “Emerging Markets: Investing to Serve the Poor,” which addressed questions about how investment, placed in the right hands and in the right fields, can stimulate economic opportunity, healthy communities and sustainable business practices.
